Customer walks in and buys something, then leaves. Eventually walks back in the store and interrupts me when I was talking to two other customers. He says that the product he purchased is cheaper on the store’s online site. I explained to him that the store runs Online Specials, where certain products are slightly cheaper online as to encourage more online purchases. There is also a disclaimer about this on the bottom of the webpage. He became very rude and kept on saying “you only got one sale out of me” three times or so. I said that I can give a refund if he wasn’t happy but he refused (some sort of one upmanship tactic) and just walked out of the shop. I was disgusted by his behavior as was the other people in the shop.
