Customer: “I just want a latte!”
Me: “Okay no problem, would you like that hot or iced?”
Customer: “Iced”
Me: “Perfect, and did you want any flavor in there?”
Customer: “Vanilla”
Me: “All right, and what size?”
Customer: “LARGE! WHY ARE YOU ASKING SO MANY QUESTIONS? I JUST WANT A LATTE!”
Me: “Sorry about that. I’ll have your large iced vanilla latte out in just a minute.”
