(We sell tablets online. We ship out replacement orders differently than regular orders. If a customer is eligible for a replacement all they get is the replacement item. We give out a statement telling people to keep their accessories during the return process since we do not ship out accessories with replacements)

Customer email: I just got my replacement tablet. I did not receive a charger back with it.

Me: Sorry ma’am as stated in the return process we required you to keep the accessories. We only ship out accessories with regular orders.

Customer email: That’s so unprofessional! I paid for the whole charger, so I would like it back.

Me: Again I apologize but as our return policy states that you keep all chargers and cases since we don’t provide accessories with replacement items. I apologize but we can’t send out a charger to you.
