customer is shopping for kids shoes with her 5 year old daughter while my colleague is helping her. when they are finished the customer realises she has left her wallet in the car
customer : do you mind watching her when I just pop to the car
collegue: I’m sorry but I can’t mind yoit child for you we wouldn’t be insures for it
customer: but it’s just parked at (center that’s about a 5 minute walk)
collegue: in really sorry but no
customer: I’m going to report you to head office for this.
the customer left the store with her daughter still not realising why we wouldn’t look after her child for her. and this wasn’t the first time this happened .
