I am working as the soda jerk at work one evening. A customer comes over to watch me make his milkshake.

Customer: So how come when I get my shake to go, I get less than when I have it here?

Me: Let me show you something.

I take the milkshake and pour some of it into a parfait glass.

Me: Okay, so when you get your shake here, you get it in this glass, with the leftovers in the tin, right?

Customer : Yeah

Me: Okay

I pour the shake from the parfait glass back into the tin, then pour all the contents into the to-go cup. I top it off with some whip cream, place the top on, and hand it to the customer, with a big smile.

Me: Alright, there you go.
