Unfiltered Story #216769

I’m travelling home from work when the train breaks down. It literally stops dead between train stations in the countryside and we’re all stuck on a middle track with trains whizzing past on both sides. It was impossible to safely disembark and the driver was desparately trying to resolve the issue. Everyone was taking it in their stride even when the delay reached the 40 minute mark but a group of children grew restless. After an update from the driver one of them loudly dropped this gem:

Kid: *frustrated* Why don’t they just ring up another train?!
