Call Center, England, London, UK | Unfiltered | November 28, 2020

I work in a call centre for a large event ticketing company. A customer e-mailed in asking for a refund on non-refundable tickets. When told that this was not possible, he offered to “return the ticket so you can sell them to someone else”.

He had tickets sent to him via email as a PDF file.
