Unfiltered Story #215191
With local elections coming up we received a flier with information on a local candidate. On the back side was a photo collage and on the front were their main points for change in the government. These included (verbatim)
“Leave good people alone.”
“Punish the bad guys.”
“Be a good person.”
“Be accountable.”
“Use common sense.”
Other than a call to “clean up” the local government no other information on the candidate’s stances were included. Given how open they were to being “accountable” to their values in their campaign literature you can guess how well they swayed me to vote for them.
