Unfiltered Story #214252

Just today my dad fell off his lorry and fractured his skull, collar and broke several ribs and he also suffered a small bleed on the brain. He had to be airlifted to hospital.
My mum had to come home early after my aunt and the police tried to get hold of her while she was at work. My brother brought her home and looked up train times and hotels so we could visit him.
My mum recieved a call from the hospital and said she would visit tomorrow and mentioned we would be staying in a hotel and the hospital said they would pay for it all.
Then my grandparents called and said they would pay for a taxi to Liverpool so we could avoid the trains. This brought tears to my eyes and brought back my faith in humanity.
