I work as a customer service representative and/or cashier at a well-known electronic store around my city.

This customer walks over to customer service applying for a store credit card. After a long application process, the system did not approve him for a credit card. After I told him it was not approved, he asked to speak to my manager. My manager, in my defense, told him it’s not my fault or the store’s it’s based on his credit card score and financial record. He left angrily, and told the customer greeter he won’t be coming back again. All of us chuckled.
