I own a hobby shop (selling plastic model kits, paint etc). A customer came in and purchased a small tin of paint (14ml) grand total $3.00. About an hour later he returned and asked for a refund. I noticed the metal lid had been pried open and there was dried paint around rim. I asked Why? He said ‘Well, I only used a little bit and don’t need anymore paint’ I thought he was joking, but No serious. He got very upset when I said No to a refund and pointed out he had used it. I thought to myself would you return a sandwich after taking a bite? (bet he would!!)
