I’ve been the only cashier in this office for two years, the script i’ve made and repeated in that time states clearly the times to come pick up the paperwork you’ve payed for and that you have to come with recepeit i’ve handed to you in order to get the paperwork. And yet the amount of files and paperwork piled up in the “Pick up” tray makes it look like they are waiting for a phone call. Not to mention the dozens of enraged costumers wondering why havent we mailed it to them yet
