Unfiltered Story #210451

I’m currently employed at a hot dog chain restaurant (as of the writing of this story). One day, a customer comes through our drive-thru and ordered 5 chili dogs. Everything with the order was correct. However, she asked for relish on the side once I handed her order to her. I told her that that would be 10 cent extra. She replied it was stupid. She asked for our names, numbers, and for the owner’s number. My co-worker told her to come back during the weekday, as it was the weekend at the time, to talk the owner. She said that she would complain to corporate and that we have lost a customer. Somehow, I don’t see the problem with losing her as a customer.

Question of the Week

Have you ever served a bad customer who got what they deserved?

I have a story to share!
