(I’m a little ways off when a customer gets my attention.)
Customer: Excuse me?
Me: Yes? (I begin to walk over to them.)
Customer: Where are your onions?
Me: Onions?
Customer: Yes.
Me: Well, we have fresh onions over in produce, or we also have frozen onions over with the frozen vegetables.
Customer: No, where is your honey?
Me: Honey?
Customer: Yes.
Me: Honey is over by the bread and the floral department.
Customer: Thank you.
(The customer leaves and I am very confused on how he thought I said “Honey” the first time.)
