Me: Thank you for calling (service center) my name is (name) how may I help you?
Customer: Service
Me: That’s me what can I help you with today sir?
Customer: I want an appointment.
Me: Okay, what for?
Customer: As soon as you got.
Me: What are you scheduling an appointment for?
Customer: My car
Me: Yes, what’s the appointment for?
Customer: (Screaming) MY RAV4
Me: ( Starting to get annoyed) Yes what are you trying to schedule your Rav4 for?
Customer: F*CKING SERVICE!
Me: Sir what kind of service are you trying to schedule an appointment for!

Usually I have people catch on the second time I ask, sir I’m sorry I frusterated you but we offer so many services, and each one has different availabilty. Even basic maintence services I need to know the mileage!
