I work at a call center for health insurance. As you can imagine we get a lot of crazy calls.

Me: how can I help?

Customer: I want a refund for the last 6 months of prescriptions. I should not have to send in proof of this.

I look at his information. There is a mail order trigger that caused his scripts to reject that has since been resolved. Apparently his pharmacy stopped submitting to us.

Me: well sir we need that proof..

Customer: no its common sense that I would have received them still. Either you pay me back or send out 6 months worth of scripts to me now. I pay a lot of money for this and travel and don’t have the time to deal with this

To say the least this did not happen
