(An older man is purchasing a $700 iPad, I’m explaining the product to him when he goes on a tangent)

Customer: Yeah, I’m just trying to make sure this will be good for my 13 year old granddaughter. I want her to have the best. Do you own one?

Me: Unfortunetly not, I wish! But I’m more interested in consoles than tablets.

Customer: Oh I hate video games. I bought them for my children, you know pong and the like, and it wasted their life away! Children should only spend 30 minutes max, if that, on gaming! I would never buy my grandchildren video games! It’s a waste! Children should be outside chopping down trees and playing! None of that social media or video game crap!
