Unfiltered Story #201268

I’m a cashier at a fast food place in college. My friend stops by the shop just to ask my about plans we have for the next day, and she leaves after a few minutes. My coworker is in a back room where he could kind of hear the front lobby area, but not see us.

Coworker: *Comes out to put something out front* What was that girl mad about?

Me:What?

Coworker: That girl that was just here. She sounded really mad.

Me: I don’t… *and then it suddenly clicks and I start laughing* No, no that was my friend! She just talks really loudly!

I told my friend about it later and she found it hilarious. Sadly though, it wasn’t crazy for my coworker to think a staff member was being harassed by a customer.
