Unfiltered Story #200705

I have worked retail a good portion of my life. I am 5’10, have brown hair and like to play the Ukulele. I got off break about 75 minutes before this incident happened. It is one that will stick with me until my dying day.

Customer: Can you help me find <item>?

Me: Sure. Come this way.

Customer follows me to the aisle and I hand them the item in question.

Customer: Thank you.

Customer proceeds to register to pay for item.
