Caller: I’m calling to talk to my girlfriend Name.
Me: I’m sorry we have don’t a patient by that name.
Caller: She is visiting her grandmother.
Me: What’s her grandmother’s name.
Caller: I don’t know.
Me: I’m sorry I can’t help you without a patient name.
