*It is my first day working and I am nervous. I go to pour water for someone. I’m just about to pour water when…*
Person: *rude tone* “It’s seltzer!”
Me: “Oops sorry!”
About 20 minutes later I go back and did not realize the same people were there drinking seltzer. I go to pour water again.
Person: *yelling* “IT’S SELTZER! WILL YOU EVER GET IT RIGHT?!?”
Me: “Sorry”
I realize I made a mistake, but no need to be rude about it.
