Customer: You’ve introduced a BIG DELETE button to the page, so I wondered what it will do and it deleted what was on the page! This is unacceptable. Recover everything I had there immediately!

Me: OK, sorry for this. What did you think it will do when it says Delete?

Customer: I don’t know, it was a new button! Who know whoever else clicked that too, remove it immediately!
