At the buffet I work at we serve pork brats and we cook them to an internal temp of 165. Even then if you open them you’ll see pink inside which is normal for a pork product, well today a customer went screaming at all of us for serving the brats raw even though we were showing him that the brats were indeed cooked and had a temp of 180.
