Me: Thamk you for calling (tour company) this is (my name), how may I help you?
Caller: Hi! What’s the wait time for a taxi pick up at (random restaurant)?
Me: Um, I’m not sure how long the taxi wait is.
Caller: Is this not a taxi service.
Me: No, this is (tour company).
Caller: Oh. *click*
