(I’m serving a customer at a kitchen in a grocery store)

Customer: I’ll have a pound of the Pepperoni Pasta Salad.
Me: Here you go. Would you like anything else?
Customer: No, I’m good.
Me: All right, have a good day.

(He comes back)

Customer: I want a refund. This was awful.
(returns empty container)
Me: I can’t give you a refund if you ate it all.
Customer: What!?
Me: With a refund, I would need to get it back and replace it with something else for you. Since you ate the whole thing, I can’t do that. Do you call for a refund on a movie when you watched the whole thing?
(Customer storms off)
