Walking through *big store chain*. I’m wearing my uniform from my job, which has the same color shirt as the store, but clearly has the name of my work place in it in huge letters

Woman: Finally, someone to help me. I’ve been looking all over

Me: Uh, I think you’re looking for someone else

Woman: No, you work here and you need to help me

Me: uh, I don’t work here

Woman: Why are you lying, you’re wearing the uniform

Me: *looks down* uh, no I’m not. This shirt isn’t for here.

Her: If you don’t start helping me, I’m going to call a manager and complain about you.

Me: Fine, do it. I don’t work here.

*an actual employee walks over*

To me: can I help you?

Woman: I want to complain to a manager, she works here and won’t help me.

Guy: uh, she doesn’t work here.

*continues to argue, insisting I help her, not him, and screams at the top of her lungs when I try to leave. Manager comes and has security escort her out, while she keeps screaming about calling corporate, the cops, news stations, her lawyer*

Manager: I’m very sorry about that.

Me: don’t worry about it, I’m in customer service. I get it.
*we all bust out laughing*

Him: can we get your information, just in case she actually does complain? The security camera should be enough, but just in case….

I never did hear from anyone
