(The store I work in is quite small. The cashes are right by the door when you walk in and when you look at the back of the store you can see the customer service desk.)

Customer: Hello, I’d like to do a return

Me: Returns have to be done straight back at the customer service desk (I even gestured to the back of the store)

Customer: Ok, where is customer service?

Me: …..umm, straight, back.
