Unfiltered Story #190596

(So our restaurant closes at 11pm on the dot. We aren’t able to lock the doors due to the cleaning company that comes in at night and frequently have customers come in thinking we’re still open. This happened while me and a coworker were talking as we finished closing.)

*Customer walks up to the bar, looks to be about 15*

Customer: What time do you guys close?

Me and Coworker: 11

(Customer leaves and comes back in 15 seconds later holding his phone)

Customer: But it’s 12:15

(Me and Coworker look at each other then him)

Both: Yeah, we close at 11

Customer: But it’s 12:15

Coworker: And we close at 11

Customer: 11am?

Us: No 11pm.

Customer: Oh *leaves looking confused*
