I own a dry cleaning store. Right now we have a 2 piece suit special. Bring in five 2 piece suits for $29.99. Usually They are $9.00 for both the jacket and the pants. A customer comes in with one 2 pc suit, two 3 piece suits and two 2 pc dresses wanting the special. She claims that the blouses are actually vests…… I can’t tell you how many times I had to tell her that they were blouses not vests. She continued to claim they were vests because they were part of the suits. Finally I told her in a firm voice they were blouses not vests after explaining the difference several times….. She almost left after that but I managed to still earn her business by removing one suit and having the blouses part of the special because they were similar in price….. Honestly, I kinda wished I had just let her leave. I don’t want to deal with someone like that again.
