Customer: Where is the changing room?
Me: I’m sorry we don’t have a changing room, but you can return your item to any of our stores within 15 days for a full refund.
Customer: (After a moment thinking) So can I return it if it’s not right?
Me: Yes, you can return to any of our stores for a full refund, as long as it’s within 15 days.
Customer: Would I have to come back here to get the refund? Because I don’t live locally.
Me: No, your local store can give you a full refund.
( I wish I was joking about how often this happens.)
