Unfiltered Story #18649

Unfiltered | May 21, 2017

My boyfriend and I have just moved into our new house. We’ve met our new neighbours, but have not exchanged more than a handful of words. We also don’t own a car, so I rely on the bus to get to and from work. Today I’m running a bit late.

Me: *briskly walking down the street to make it to the bus stop in time*

A car pulls up next to me. In it, one of my neighbours from across the street.

Neighbour: Are you heading for the bus stop?
Me: Yes
Neighbour: Get in! I’ll drive you there!

Thanks to this friendly neighbour I made it to the bus stop in time and wasn’t late for work. Thank you very much, kind neighbour!
