Coworker: Are you here for pickup?
Customer: Yes for John Smith
Coworker: Alright that’ll be (price)
Customer: (pays)
Coworker: (Walks over to counter to check on pizza and can’t find ticket, realizes printer didn’t print) I’m sorry sir it appears our printer didn’t work. Would you like us to throw it in and have it ready in ten minutes?
Customer: I just want my money back!! (Throws everything he can by the register, my coworker hands him his money he walks out saying he’s never coming back)

(One hour later the same guy comes in and picks up the same order he ordered the first time, this happens often)
