(I’m about 12 years old at this time, my dad just dropped me off at the library with my little brother for a few hours. My brother was quite bored and we were having a bit of a rough time (noisy toddlers) so we decided to head to the cafè)
Cafè Worker: Hi what can I get for you?
Brother: Just some water please.
Me: I’d like the black and white cookie please.
Cafè Worker: Ok that’s (price)
(afterwards we decided to play a bored game while we waited for our dad)
Cafè Worker: Hey, can I play?
(She went out of her way and spent any moment she could taking a break to play with some little kids!)
