I am the cashier in this story.

Me: Did you find everything ok Maam

Customer: Yes, I did. don’t make my bags to heavy.

Me: I won’t (as I put 3 small cans in one bag)

Customer then proceeds to pick up the bag and tell me it is too heavy. She then takes each individual can and put it in it’s own bag.

Customer: That’s better

I then scan her 6 pack bottle of pop and put it on the carousel. She then proceeds to pick it up and put it in her cart.

Me: Have a nice day

Customer: You need to listen to the customers and not make their bags so heavy.
