Unfiltered Story #162094

(This is when Oklahoma was being hit by a tropical depression that came up from the Gulf of Mexico, it is flooding pretty badly. I am working next to our small section of toys, and a mother with two young boys aged about 6 and 4 or so are close by. The eldest gets out of the car-carts that we have and beelines it to the toys and I overhear this.)

Boy 1: “Mom, can I get a water gun?”

Boy 2: *exasperated* “Why do you need a water gun? It’s RAINING outside!”

Boy 1: *Just as exasperated as his brother* “That is why I need a WATER gun”
