My “favorite” calls all in one day:

1. “Why didn’t you shut my power off? It was scheduled for shutoff last week and it’s still on. I wanted to be shut off for non-payment.” – public meter and she wanted it shut off so her bill didn’t get higher.
2. “What do you mean you need my medical information for a medical protection?” – the name must be misleading.
3. “I need someone who knows what they’re doing, I want to speak to your supervisor!” – all I did was ask for a minute to look up her account by the address because she didn’t have her account number.
