Unfiltered Story #158293

Customer calls asking for a type of product. I say yes we have these in our store. The customer then visits us around 2 hours later and asks to see the range of products. He starts to get rude and arrogant because the specific type of product that he wanted wasn’t in store and then said that he called saying that he wanted that “specific item”. No he didn’t, he just asked if we had that type of product in store, not the specific one he wanted (he didn’t state a name or model). Ended up purchasing other products but kept putting a nasty snarl on his face when looking at us (as if it was our fault). This customer was totally rude and arrogant and accused us of something we didn’t say. I hope he doesn’t have a family because I wonder how he treats them. Probably has a criminal history as well.
