(I work at a well known shop that sells a lot of own brand products with the company name written on them, our uniforms say the company name four times and we have a large 3D  sign with our name on it outside)

Customer: *walks all the way through the store to the tills and waits for me to be free to serve*

Me: “Can I help?”

Customer: “Yes. Is this shop [name of store]?”

Me: *surrounded by merchandise advertising the store and in my uniform* “…yes. yes it is”
