Unfiltered Story #138506

So the hotel in which i work operates a nightclub once a week on a Saturday evening. obviously its not suited to all guests so its company policy that we contact all guests who book to stay with us on a weekend as soon as we receive the booking. So we call the guests if they have booked online or tell them about it if they are booking direct over the phone. We very strongly advise them that it will be very noisy and will disturb sleep and may not suit them if they are not out clubbing themselves. after this we also email guests again to advise them about the noise. When a guest comes to check in we also point out a noise warning on the registration form they are singing. so in my eyes plenty warning? WRONG as soon as the music starts at least one guest is screaming at you down the phone.

Question of the Week

Have you ever served a bad customer who got what they deserved?
