(At this time our store is closing in five minutes, a customer runs in and asks for the manager and I’m the current one closing up. The conversation goes from there)
Customer: Hey is [Other unrelated store] closed yet!?!?
Me: I wouldn’t know ma’am this is [name of store we are at]. And we are closing in [time less than 5 minutes] so if you need items please hurry as the employees would like to go home.
Customer: I’LL STAY AS LONG AS I WANT B****, THIS IS F*****G AMERICA GIMME THE D**N MANAGER.
Me: Sir I am the current manager on duty and we are now closing I would need you to leave the shop I will have to call security. So I suggest that you leave and if you do not I will ban you from the store.
Customer: Ok can I just get my item sorry fo that outbreak.
Me: ok sir but I will be closing directly after and there is a no return policy.
[He bought his items then left happily and I never saw him again]
