(I’m 14 years old. I’m listening to music walking into a restaurant and check something on my phone, bumping into someone because I wasn’t paying attention. He starts SCREAMING at me. Note that my music is fairly quiet and I loathe most new music.)
Customer: YOU GODD*** KID! WATCH WHERE YOU’RE F***ING GOING! YOUR STUPID F***ING MUSIC BLARING IN YOUR EARS, I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT YOU’RE NOT DEAF! LISTEN TO SOME GOOD MUSIC ONCE IN A WHILE, NOT THIS S***TY NEW STUFF!
(I wordlessly take out my headphones and unplug them from my phone while the customer incoherently screams at me. I turn up the song I was listening to and let the customer hear it. It is “Back to the Shack” by Weezer.)
Customer: Oh- Uh- Have a good day. *runs out quickly*
