(A man and a woman plonk themselves in front of me. They been harassing me about the rate they got, trying to get a discount for no reason. Despite my repeated attempts at refusing to change it, the man keeps at it. The phone rings, and as per our policy, I have to deal with the people face to face first and phone calls second.)
Man: *yammering* “And I should get this rate discounted because blah blah blah and such and such–”
Phone: *rings and rings*
Woman: “Shouldn’t you get that?”
Me: “I’m trying…”
(They got the hint and buzzed off!)
