Unfiltered Story #123395

(My brother works at home as IT help. I often overhear snippets of his phone calls.)
Brother: “Hello this is (his name) with (company). Could you please give me your billing and telephone number?”
*ten seconds later*
Brother: “I’m sorry, could you please tell me your number?”
*another five seconds later*
Brother: “Ma’am, I’m not a computer. Could you please stop pressing the buttons?”
(Sadly, this isn’t the worst I’ve overheard!)
