(Not all fast food places sell the same items. Our particular store does not sell soup, but the location up the road does. I am taking orders in the drive-thru

Me: Good morning, how may I help you?

Customer: *muffled voice*

Me: I;m sorry what was that?

Customer: I said I want soup S-O-P soup.

Me; *tries to compose myself after laughing* I am sorry ma’am we don’t have soup…

The customer ended up swearing then pulling away.
