Me: Tech support, this is [me]. How may I help you?
Caller: I heard that since I’ve been a loyal customer for five years, I’m supposed to get some kind of gift.
Me: Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about that, seeing as I’m tech support and customer service closed an hour and a half ago. I suggest you call them tomorrow, at [number], between 7am and 8pm. They’ll be able to help you with that.
Caller: [company name] is a s****y company! *click*
