Unfiltered Story #116445
(I walk into a local cell phone store to move my number to a new phone. As this is a small store, there is only one worker, and he is currently on the phone.)
Worker (on phone): “Ma’am, it sounds like you’re not understanding me. I understand that you’re upset over how much you’re paying, but maybe I can break it down for you, unless you’d rather come into the store with me to talk face to face.”
(He continues to explain her payment system several times, growing increasingly uncomfortable the whole time. Finally, I hear:)
Worker: (somewhat sternly) “Ma’am, if you’d like to continue talking, I would really suggest that you come into the store and talk to me in person.” *hangs up*
Me: “I am so putting that on Not Always Right.”
