Customer: “I just used your ATM and it didn’t give me my money.”

Me: “Do you have the receipt?”

Customer: *hands me receipt and begins to get impatient*

Me: “It didn’t dispense the money because your card was declined.” *points to the receipt*

Customer: “Oh, um, sorry.” *walks to try the ATM again*
