(I work as an overnight freight driver for a worldwide delivery company. I have stopped into the local branch of ‘SuperMegaWorldMart’ to pick up a couple of things before my shift.)
Customer: “Uh, you don’t work here, do you?”
Me(dumbfounded): “…No…”
(I am dressed head to toe in full uniform, with my company’s name and distinctive coloring plainly visible from all angles. It bears not the slightest resemblance to SuperMegaWorldMart’s employee uniforms. The stupid, it burns!)
