(I am helping a customer at my till when and man gets in my coworkers line)

Customer: I need the water softener salt outside

Coworker: Which brand?

Customer: The water softener salt outside

Coworker: Okay but which brand do you want?

Customer: (Getting a little frustrated at this point.)The water softener salt outside!

Coworker: Sir we have 2 brands of water softener salt outside. Which brand would you like? We have (store brand) and (name brand).

Customer: oh I’ll take (name brand)

Me: (After customer left) Did that really just happen?

Coworker: nods

Me: Wow…….
