(I go to my local bank. It’s just a bit after closing, so the doors to the main bank lobby are locked, but the doors to the outer lobby are accessible by your bank card, so you can use the ATM. I went in to make a deposit. I’m currently at the machine and another customer walks in.)
Other Customer: Hi, how are you?
Me: Oh, good.
(All of a sudden, he starts pulling on the main lobby doors, which are locked. The employees, who are in there closing up, look in surprise.)
Me: You do realize the bank is closed, right?
Other Customer: Well, they should let me in. They’re just standing there!
